A combination of hits and misses
The family-friendly room facilities included a washer and dryer. We were particularly impressed with the helpful staff who diligently kept our belongings safe for us.
It was a bit inconvenient having to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest station, especially with luggage.

Everything was simply exceptional. The hotel was located close enough to Ikebukuro Station and restaurant. Venue's location was comfy, in the middle of jackson. After long day I visited Carta Ikebukuro for a couple of drinks...

The self-check-in process was efficient and easy.
The location was uncomfortable due to nearby love hotels. The futon setup made it difficult to regulate body temperature while sleeping, leaving us hot or cold during the night.

The cleaning staff only came in ONCE during my 5-night stay, unacceptable. I woudl have appreciated a nice welcome gift or at least an upgrade but clearly that's too much to ask. Expect a little more from a hotel in Tokyo, don't you think? Just couldn't bring myself to give them a good review.
